These terms of use (“Terms of Use”) govern your use of the website universe.lenovo.com (“Site”). The Site is operated by Lenovo (Italy) s.r.l., headquartered at Segreen Business Park, Via San Bovio, 3 Edificio, 20054 San Felice, Segrate (MI), Milan Companies Register Rea number 1770804, VAT number 04771300961, email privacy@lenovouniverse.com (hereinafter also “we”, “Lenovo”). We use the Site to present and administer the Lenovo Universe program and enable users to participate in and enjoy all initiatives, exclusive experiences, offers and dedicated content (as fully described in the Program Terms and Conditions) of Lenovo or any Partners.

In welcoming you to our Site, please read these Terms of Use carefully before continuing to use the Site. These Terms of Use apply to all visitors and/or users of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and are bound by them. If you disagree with the content or do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use this Site and therefore we encourage you to immediately log off and discontinue use.

Creating an account and participating in the programme

To participate in the Lenovo Universe program, you must register on the Site and create a personal account (“Account”). To create the Account, you will need to provide some personal information in the appropriate registration form, i.e. first name, last name, email, zip code (zip code), date of birth, how to refer to the customer.

Who can create a Lenovo Universe account?

1. Registration for the Lenovo Universe program is restricted to individuals (VAT customers or companies are excluded) who are 16 years of age or older (see “Complete Lenovo Universe program registration information” for more details).
2. Potential Lenovo customers, who have not yet made a purchase of Lenovo- and/or Motorola-branded products, can also begin the process of registering for the Lenovo Universe program by filling out the registration form with their personal and email information and, if they wish and after collecting privacy consents, receive communications to stay up-to-date on Lenovo Universe program initiatives, as well as communications about offers and promotions dedicated to them.
3. You can delete your Account at any time by logging into your user profile and clicking on “Do you want to delete your account?” located at the bottom of the page.

Processing of personal data

In order to allow you to access all the features of the Site, including filling out forms or subscribing to our newsletter, we may ask you to provide certain personal information about yourself. The personal data processing activities we carry out are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
